Jordan Hammes

Jordan Hammes is a dedicated mental health counselor with experience working in outpatient behavioral health, inpatient rehabilitation, and community practice settings. He specializes in identity development, relational concerns, career transitions, and substance use treatment.

Jordan takes an integrative and client-centered approach, drawing from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Gestalt therapy, and existential-humanistic theory. He focuses on fostering self-awareness, personal responsibility, and meaningful change in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Passionate about counselor education and professional development, Jordan has also served as a supervisor and adjunct instructor. He is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals.
