Free, In-person LGBTQ+ Processing Group in Albany Park

The Kedzie Center is a psychoanalytic, culturally-informed mental health center serving residents in Chicago’s Albany Park and Logan Square communities. After a successful first cycle in the summer, The Center has decided to move forward with recruiting participants for our second cycle of The LGBTQ+ Process Group. This group will be a closed, 8 week long (however members are welcome to future cycles of the group) processing group for LGBTQ+ adults (21+). The group is free of charge, I will be co-facilitating the group alongside another licensed therapist.

The group is free of charge and available to anyone in Chicago, provided they can make the commitment to attend in person at the Kedzie Center. Please see flyer attached for more info!

Interested individuals must first register by calling The Kedzie Center directly at 773-754-0577 or by sending an e-mail to me, Katherine Ordoñez, at kordonez@thekedziecenter.org. Any further inquiries pertaining to the group can also be directed to kordonez@thekedziecenter.orgRegistration for the group will close Thursday, 08/27/26.
